Liberate Your Bliss

A 10 day course to cultivate inner peace, lessen suffering and consciously create more bliss in your life. This course offers yoga philosophy combined with intuitive (acrylic) painting to inspire you to live your bliss. Each day includes a video lesson around 15-20 minutes long to guide you through each yogic concept and how to express it on your canvas. We will explore your mindset, discover where suffering may be showing up and the tools to lessen it's presence in your life. All the while you'll be making space for more joy, freedom and BLISS.
